We make arrangements to prepare items for shipment as soon as they are ordered. Therefore, orders must be cancelled in writing via email within 24 hours of purchase to receive order refund (less 5% to cover Credit Card). Cancellations and returns authorized by PMSO after 24hrs will be subject to up to 25% restocking fee and the cost of shipping and return shipping. Refusal to take delivery of products will result is in a refund of 50% of the purchase price, minus applicable shipping and storage costs.

 

Preorders & deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In some cases, PMSO may agree to transfer the amount to another game title or provide a partial refund solely at the company’s discretion.
